After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, including order number, product details, and estimated delivery date.

Payment failure: Caused by network issues, insufficient PayPal balance, or incorrect payment details. Check your account and retry.
Duplicate charges: If the system mistakenly charges twice, we will refund the duplicate amount within 24 hours after verification.
Payment timeout: If the PayPal payment page is idle for more than 30 minutes, the order will be canceled automatically.
