Refunds & Returns Policy

 

1. Return Conditions

  • Item is damaged during shipping or has quality issues.
  • You receive a product that does not match your order.
  • Item differs from the order description (must be unused and in original packaging).

2. Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

Conditions for returns:

  • Item must be unused and with tags intact.
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Order number and return reason must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized items.

3. Return & Exchange Period

You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Any request after 30 days will not be honored.

4. Return Process

  • Submit request:  If you need to return the item, please contact our customer service via email at tamtri69963@gmail.com.
  • Provide details: Please send the reason for your return and photos of the product to our customer service.
  • Receive label: After approval, you will receive a return label.
  • Ship back: Return the item with the label to the return address (Contact customer service).
  • Confirmation: We will email you upon receiving the returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • It typically takes 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Exchange Process 

  • Submit request: If you need to exchange the item, please contact our customer service via email at tamtri69963@gmail.com.
  • Return original item: Use the exchange label to ship back the original item.
  • Receive new item: We will immediately ship the new item. you will receive an email with a new tracking number. Use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier's website.

7. Return Shipping Costs

We cover shipping costs if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

You cover shipping costs if:

  • The return is due to a non-quality issue.

8. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time; refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

After shipment: Follow the return process; direct cancellation is not available.
